Mission Planner: the complete GTA 6 guide

01

What Mission Planner plans

Mission Planner is a GTA 6 / GTA 6 Online session planner. Build a checklist of activities you want to hit in your next play session, see live earnings projections as you check things off, and export the plan as markdown for Discord or Notion. Perfect for crew leaders running organized heist nights, content creators batch-recording for the week, or solo grinders who want to stop wasting the first 30 minutes of every session deciding what to do.

02

Start with the target

Before adding tasks, figure out your endpoint. A $1M one-off plan looks different from a $10M weekly grind. Set the goal in your head first, then add tasks that directly move you toward it. For heist nights, set the target as the heist payout minus expected costs (ammo, vehicle calls, snacks). For grind sessions, set it as a realistic per-hour rate times session length, not the best-case rate.

03

Ordering tasks

Drag or re-add tasks so high-value activities happen early in the session. Energy and focus drop over a long grind; put the fiddly prep work first, the payoff missions later when the dopamine is needed. Group similar activities together. Three setups for one heist back-to-back is better than alternating with random freemode events - context-switching costs you minutes per swap, which adds up over a 4-hour session.

04

Exporting and sharing

Tick tasks as you finish. The earnings counter at the top updates so you can see progress in real time. If you are ahead of schedule, add a bonus task. If you are behind, cut the lowest-ROI one and finish strong rather than half-completing the full list. The markdown export is plain text - paste it into Discord, a Google Doc, or your Notion. Your crew can copy it into their own planner or use it as the blueprint for next session.
